Stynexis Species and all associated subspecies are owned by KITPAII.

General Agreement

Stynexis Species is a 21+ closed species. By creating an account or participating in any official spaces, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Providing false information about your age will result in an immediate ban, blocklisting, and voiding of all associated designs.

By accessing this site, viewing content, or using any services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Failure to follow these terms may result in warnings, strikes, or permanent bans depending on severity.

These terms apply to all official platforms, including the website, Discord, and affiliated social media.

Ownership & Credits

This website is built using the Lorekeeper ARPG Masterlist framework. We do not claim ownership of the base framework. All original content (art, writing, designs) belongs to KITPAII unless otherwise stated.

Community Conduct

All users are expected to behave respectfully toward members and staff.

• Harassment, bullying, or targeted hostility is not tolerated.
• Hate speech of any kind results in immediate disciplinary action.
• Public drama, gossip, or callouts are prohibited.
• Do not guilt, pressure, or harass others for sales, trades, or art.
• Do not attempt to scam, impersonate staff, or manipulate systems.

Moderation decisions are to be respected. Discussions may continue privately through appropriate channels.

Age & Content Policy

Stynexis Species is strictly 21+. Content on the site may include mature themes such as:

• NSFW content
• Gore and body horror
• Substance references

All sensitive content must be properly tagged and spoilered. Users engage with such content at their own discretion.

All characters within the species are considered and must be 18+.

Accounts & User Uploads

• Users may only have one account.
• Usernames and profiles must not contain offensive or inappropriate content.
• All uploaded content must be owned by you or properly credited with permission.
• AI-generated content of any kind is strictly prohibited.
• Do not sell in-game items or currency for real-world money.

Warnings, Strikes & Bans

Users may receive warnings for minor violations. Repeated issues will escalate to strikes and bans.

• 3 warnings = 1 strike
• 3 strikes = temporary or permanent ban

Severe violations may result in an immediate permanent ban without warning.

Art & Usage

• KITPAII retains rights to official species-related content.
• Tracing or claiming others’ artwork is prohibited.
• Merchandising official designs or species content is not allowed without permission.
• Users may sell merchandise of their own art with prior approval.

Species Rules

Stynexis Species is a closed species. You may only create characters through:

• Official designs
• Guest Artists
• MYO (Make Your Own) slots

MYO Restrictions:
You may not use a MYO slot to base a character directly on a real person.
Characters inspired by existing media must not be direct copies and must remain transformative.

Ownership

• You own the personal rights to your character.
• The species owner retains commercial rights.
• Ownership is only valid through the official masterlist.
• Co-ownership is not officially supported.

Sales & Trades

• Do not resell characters above their listed value. Without adding extra art.
• Do not pressure users into trades or sales.
• Chargebacks will result in bans and voided characters.
• MYO slots may only be resold at their original value.

Voiding

Users may request to void their characters. Once voided:

• The character is removed from the masterlist
• It is no longer part of the species
• The process iscan be reversed in some cases. Please DM us directly with any questions regarding the process. 

Final Notes

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any changes.

Failure to follow these terms may result in removal from the community.
